I will be taking you through the introduction of the mobile interface of
Mobile interface. This screenshot is demarcated with different colors. Red, yellow, green, blue, brown, and purple. Now, the red rows from left to right.

SA icon stands for my profile Menu. When you clicked on it, it will brings your details, navigate you to set up and explore premium and other applications.
Note: SA Is the initial of my first and last name. Yours might be different

Home: This shows the active tab you are currently on.

🔔Bell icon: This shows notification about your current state or new message and notification about the current actions

💎 Premium: this is an icon to take you to subscribed to premium features of Office E365

📁 File : This is a file option to explore and manage files, folders and documents

🔍Search: This is used to search for document, file or specific information

Now to the yellow row

Recent: This display the recent files that has just been opened. Because we are just starting out, you won't be seeing anything now. Observe the icon highlighted with red color. It shows that it is an active icon

Scan: this is used to convert image text to a word or PDF document. It uses optic sensor to read files. It's useful when working with word, PowerPoint and excel files

PDF: This is where you create or access a PDF file

Word: This is used to access or create a word document file

More: this is used to access other document format like excel, PowerPoint and so on. It can also be used to add or remove different Microsoft app to the home page

Scan Icon: this is used to convert your into a . If you are a lazy students like me during my years, it is a good feature to scan pages of notebooks and turn them to PDF. We shall be exploring it later

The "See all" and "Select Pictures" : They give access to available scanned PDFs and pictures on your phone respectively. You need to grant permission to the for you to use the features.

🏠Home: This is the homepage of the application that display recent files and most used application

Menu or Action Tab: This is used to display all application and functionality of Microsoft E365

Having gone through the interface, we shall begin the excel training in full tomorrow.
