Tonight rounds up the WIL Program 2026 Leadership Class Series, the first leg of The Leadership Experience Week for the Women in Leadership (WIL) Program 2026 (Cohort 2) 💫
Over the past three days, the Cohort 2 participants have journeyed through the core of leadership—from understanding the “Foundation of Leadership” facilitated by Ore Afolayan to “Leading Self” taken by Catherine Cox .c.cox and “Leading Others & Creating Impact” facilitated by Dr. Mary Funmilayo Oni
These amazing facilitators brought their depth, perspective, and practical leadership into every session. We have them to thank for adding so much value to the program and participants.
As the program continues, the mind-shift begins for the participants.
Today, we officially welcome THE 32 participants carefully selected across Africa into the Women in Leadership (WIL) Program 2026 (Cohort 2)! 💫🚀
We couldn’t be more excited for what lies ahead for these young women. It’s the beginning of growth, bold decisions, and real impact.
