When rural infrastructure isolates communities, when local clinics lack basic emergency surgical equipment, and when young girls face pregnancy before their bodies are mature, birth trauma becomes predictable.

No woman should have her health, dignity, and future stolen because of where she lives or what she can afford. Shifting the narrative means moving away from viewing survivors with pity, and instead demanding the political willpower, healthcare funding, and infrastructure required to protect them.
