ORGAN SYSTEMS:
Different organs can work together to perform a common function, like how the parts of your digestive system break down food. We refer to an integrated unit as an organ system. Groups of organ systems work together to make complete, functional organisms, like us! There are 11 major organ systems in the human body, which include the circulatory, respiratory, digestive, excretory, nervous and endocrine systems. The immune, integumentary, skeletal, muscle and reproductive systems are also part of the human body.
QUESTION
1) Explain briefly the following organ systems
a) Circulatory system
b) Reproductive system
c) Respiratory system
d) Digestive system
e) Excretory system
QUESTION
2) Define soil, with example?
b) Define Radioactivity?
QUESTION
3) What are the five sense organs, mention and state their functions respectively?
b) Define personal hygiene?

Subject: *geography*
Class: *SS 1*
Topic: *Population Data*
*Presentation* : Last term, before the end of last term we discussed lots about the Population of Nigeria and we got to know various *population concepts,population quality, population movement(migration* )
But still on this context we briefly talk about *population data* with example then *Assignments* will follow
*Population Data:* this is also called population statistics , is the use of statistics to analyze characteristics or changes to a population. *Population Census* in the other hand is the official head count of people in a country, children, boys, girls, men, and women, including the disabled, by the government in a country at a given period of time.
*Population Data* is used for the following reasons
1) birth rate 2)death rate 3) migration 4) level of population 5) occupational distribution 6) population density 7) s*x or gender distribution etc.....
*Some population formulae includes*
I) population density=total population/land area
2) total population= numb of males + numb of females
3) Total population also = population density x land area
4) land area = total population/population density
*FROM THE FORMULAS GIVEN SOLVE THE FOLLOWING EXAMPLES*
Example 1. The total number of males in a country which has a total land area of 140, 000km² is 150,000,000 while that of the females is 130,000,000 including all migrants. Calculate a) the Total population of the country
b) the Population density of the country in sq km.
Example 2. The data in the table *Above* 👆👆👆👆👆 shows a hypothetical age distribution of the population of a town in Nigeria.
*Calculate* ;
a) X Y Z.
b) The total population of the town
c) the percentage of the population age 14 years and below
I *WILL PROVIDE SOLUTIONS FOR THIS*
Solution:
a) x = 2275+2725
= 5000
Y = 7500-4265
= 3235
Z = 6000-3250
= 2750
b) Total population
10 and below =4000
11-14. =5000
