Surveyedplan :
A survey plan is a document given by the surveyor after carrying out the perimeter check on the land. The written document or say report. It also contains the size of the land, boundaries, and the description of the land.

Registered Surveyed Plan: it also contains the feature of the above but it is legal proof of ownership the land belongs to the bearer and it has been registered by the CDC which will reflect in the government gazette that you are the true owner. This document is also registered at the high court too.

The first one was just a surveyor's report. While the second is proof of ownership and recognition by the government.
