You know that feeling when you *think* you know a tool so well… until you realize you’ve only been using the basics?

Before starting my data analysis training, I used Excel every day — for quotations, invoices, and simple calculations. I thought I was an Excel guru until I discovered how powerful this tool truly is!

In the course of my data analysis journey, I’ve learned so many amazing things, including:

Data Cleaning: Removing duplicates, handling blanks, formatting datasets, and using text functions like `UPPER`, `PROPER`, and `TRIM`.

VLOOKUP & XLOOKUP: Extracting data seamlessly across different tables.

Pivot Tables & Charts: Summarizing large datasets and uncovering trends at a glance.

Data Visualization: Creating interactive charts, graphs, and slicers that tell a story.

Conditional Formatting & Logical Functions: Highlighting key patterns and automating insights.

Honestly, Excel is way more powerful than I ever imagined! The deeper I explore, the more fascinated I become.

With these new skills, I’m now confident in handling any Excel-related tasks — from cleaning raw data to creating polished reports that help make better business decisions.
