Welcome to the second quarter of 2024, Ephraim!
Before diving into today’s news, let’s review the first quarter of the year and discuss our goals. How's it going since we discussed setting goals at the beginning of the year?
One of my goals was to take the class. I’m currently on Day 96 and have been sharing some updates on LinkedIn! Ephraim, I’ll be honest, staying consistent has been super challenging – but remembering that this goal connects to a larger objective has kept me going.
If you're struggling with starting or staying consistent with your goals, you're not alone(or behind!). You can still make progress.
Reflect this week and ask yourself:
What is your Northstar(i.e., your ultimate goal)?
What are the things you'll need to do to reach your Northstar(e.g., a course, mentorship, a portfolio etc.)?
What short-term steps(daily, weekly) can you take to get you closer to that Northstar?
I have found that breaking your goals into smaller chunks can make them look more attainable and less intimidating.
