A diligent Leader

RECOVERY, RENOVATION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF DILAPIDATED AND ABANDONED OLD LEGISLATIVE BUILDING AND EDUCATION AUTHORITY BUILDING AT NGO TOWN

The Andoni Council Chairman Erastus Awortu,PhD,DSSRS,Jp also inherited decayed public infrastructure such as the ramshackle Education Authority Building and the old-dilapidated Legislative Building at Ngo Town as well as some public schools with collapsed rooftops and walls, and abandoned health facilities overgrown by bushes and shrubs.

It is this tales of woe occasioned by the state-of-rot of basic amenities in Andoni due to years of perceived neglect and abandonment that informed the steps taken by the Andoni Council Chairman to recover, rehabilitate and reconstruct the dilapidated and abandoned old Legislative Building as well as the Education Authority Building and put them into proper use.
