During the Lumos/MTN partnership days,a lot of customers were making their payments whenever they like not minding the negative effects of that on the business.People will travel for months,and refused to pay until they come back not minding the effects of their non payment on the business.
Now,that the policy has changed that whether a customer travels or not,they must keep paying their monthly dues,some of them are now angry.I wonder why some customers are angry because of that.The business is now pay to own and not just to have electricity supply.So customers can not pay at will,they must pay at the right time.Failure to pay at the right time,may lead to retrieval of the solar from the customers
