She was not suspended from the Senate for accusing the Senate President of sexual harassment, I believe that she later made that accusation to change the narrative to what it is now. She's done that to Reno before but miscalculated and had to settle Reno to avoid litigation.
Using sexual harassment as a tool to always change the narrative is common among that gender, even that student lady that assaulted a lecturer also attempted to use that format but because her breast is not positioned at her back where the lecturer passed through, it was easier to exonerate the lecturer.

That a student slapped and tore the cloth of a lecturer is not the angle I'm looking at today, my own point of view is that most people speaking against this bad behavior could have supported same with several assumptions, if she had done that to her husband.
A lady with such behavior is already a candidate for future divorce, but when such happens, the society will celebrate her as the victim without assessing the quality of her character.
