Sometimes we cry.

Being a woman often means holding so much inside dreams, struggles, responsibilities, sacrifices and still finding the courage to keep moving forward. Many times we swallow our fears, wipe our tears, and stand strong not just for ourselves, but for others who depend on us.

But within that strength lives something powerful: resilience. The ability to rise again, to hope again, to love again.

Today, on International Women’s Day, i celebrate every woman and girl who has had to bend but refused to break. Every woman who keeps going even when the world feels heavy.

Your strength matters. Your voice matters. Your story matters.
