SWEET AND SOUR CRAB
Ingredients
2 crabs
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 red chilies
Tomato sauce to taste
2 pieces of corn, divided into 4
Ginger to taste
Galangal to taste
Water to taste
Cornstarch to taste
Royco chicken stock
How to make
1. Boil the crabs until reddish
2. Boil the corn for 5 minutes
3. Puree the shallots, garlic, and red chilies
4. Cook the tomato sauce and spices, then add the ginger and galangal. Don't forget to add Royco chicken stock to make it even more delicious
5. Add a little water and cornstarch. Stir until thick 6. Add the boiled crabs and corn. Stir briefly.
