Yesterday we talked about user experience, making reference to simple objects like our doors and our keys, and why User experience is very important in any product .

Today I will be using one of the most used banking app to explain user experience.
Below is an OPay menu screen which I redesigned (cloned), from this screen, any user is already know his or her way around the app.

Imagine OpayNigeria did not include airtime and data on this screen and it was under a particular screen which you need to find , and they did not also give you access to your contact to select a particular number which you need to buy the airtime to , that could've been a very bad User experience. So we can say that opay has a wonderful user experience

Remember user experience is not all about designs, the watch you wear , your phone , ear buds, eye drop, the clothes you sew and so , user experience covers almost all spheres of our daily lives
