I initially wanted to let this Ibom Air incident involving cool off, so I could repackage and return you people's brain, cos I couldn't believe the narrative you're pushing. Some people shåme'lessly insült'ed the Ibom Air hostess who was simply doing her job, and doing it exceptionally well. Yes, she did an outstanding job!!!🙌🙌🙌

To me, this air hostess is the kind of employee every organization needs. She’s exceptional at her job, the type of person you can trust to manage your business perfectly while you’re away.

On that plane, the pilot and crew members høld your såfety in their hånds. They are the authority...the kings and queens of that airplane. As long as you’re on board, they are rësponsiblë for yøur life. So why would anyone challenge their authority in their own kingdom?

One day like that, i noticed a room’s windows and restroom weren’t properly cleaned. Long story cut short; I queried the housekeeper, who argued back. I simply reported her to the manager, and she was såcked the next morning. My role was to prioritize guests, not to coddle staff. Even as a supervisor, I couldn’t just walk into the kitchen and take food without permission, cos the chef was the authority there. Every department has its rules, and you respect them or face cönsëquënces.
