Job Vacancy: Program Manager

The Organization for Innovation and Sustainable Development (OISD), an Abuja-based NGO, seeks a Program Manager to lead and oversee our projects focused on sustainable development and social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage programs in line with the organization's mission.
• Develop strategic partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure effective program ex*****on.
• Lead and support project teams for maximum impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management within the NGO sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in fundraising, grant writing, and stakeholder engagement.
