Job Title: Senior Employee Exploitatie

Job Description:

Eteck, a sustainable energy company, is seeking a Senior Employee Exploitatie for the Asset Management department. In this role, you will act as a sparring partner for the Asset Manager, monitor and maintain the quality of our portfolio, and be responsible for the customer experience of the portfolio. You will be the point of contact for the Front Office Customer Care employees, and coach them on content. You will also handle complex customer cases, analyze the customer experience, and make recommendations.

Requirements:

* An HBO education level
* At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a Senior Customer Care position
* Knowledge of customer processes and relevant ICT systems
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team
* Good analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
