The FMOxChange Workshop organized by FMO - Dutch entrepreneurial development bank, Aimforthemoon and Advision Finance recently gave us one such chance for growth.

Under the umbrella of their FMOxCelerate program, they paired up different teams from around the globe to discuss ideas, the challenges we face, and possible solutions for them.

The team from Aye Finance was partnered with Georgian impact lender, Crystal • კრისტალი. Given the similarities in our portfolios, we found this to be an enriching opportunity that introduced us to new schools of thought and a fresh perspective on pre-existing hurdles.

Women on the Silk island (koh-oknha-tei island) in Cambodia spend 5 full days to weave the 100% silk material for one skirt. It requires a phenomenal skill, patience and work! Great pictures of silk island women during one of our microfinance operational efficiency projects.
