In the U.S. a number of people are working on a lawsuit against Palantir. One of the persons involved is James Martinez who worked in the past with Walter H. Bowart, well-know for the book "Operation Mind Control". This case goes far beyond what the Neurorights Foundation is doing, they argue that if we do nothing this will mean the end of us.
In the Netherlands Palantir is used by the police and the military.

In 2026, 8 June, Catherine Herridge x.com: The starting date for allowable claims under the HAVANA Act is now 2001

This is actually huge news because it confirms that people were already being attacked with Directed Energy Weapons in the early 2000s. Also note the date, 9/11, 11 September 2001.

IMPACT JOURNALISM 'Kristi' is one of multiple whistleblowers who came forward to our team about debilitating brain injuries blamed on directed energy attacks.

They successfully challenged the false narrative that directed energy attacks against US government personnel and civilians began in 2016 with a cluster of cases in Cuba, taking the name 'Havana Syndrome.'

Kristi was hit in 2015 while on assignment for DoD.

The starting date for allowable claims under the HAVANA Act is now 2001.

The change brings other civilian federal employees into parity with CIA for a one-time benefit, but it excludes pre-2001 cases like Mike Beck, the late counterintelligence officer.

All Western democracies use "trauma-based mind control" identical to MK-Ultra, only the torture methods changed. The aim is to break down an individual’s psychological defenses and reshape behavior, perception, and emotional responses. When you are a TI, you are a MK-Ultra survivor.
This is also about creating split personalities, where they control one of the personalities. Think of the mass-shootings.

Am I traumatized? Yes. But how bad is it? Do I have split personalities? No.

Do I know Targeted Individuals who have been traumatized? Yes. But how bad is it? Do I know Targeted Individuals with split personalities? No.

Most real Targeted Individuals I know are kind, friendly, emphatic, people. I also know fake TIs, and there is certainly something very wrong with them. Like there is also something very wrong with all people participating in targeting.
