The open positions are the following:

• Chair:
The Chair is responsible for final product the committee delivers. Besides from this, you will serve as the contact person for out 1st years coordinators in case they have any questions or concerns regarding the Introduction days.
Required skills: Time management, verbally strong, able to present for large crowds, professional attitude, able to cope with stress and experience is preferred not required.

• Treasurer:
The Treasurer will be responsible for handling the budget, and also preparing the final statements for the course director. They will be keeping track of all the money and expenses. This includes handling the money that enters the account from signup fees, ticket sales to creating invoices for the numerous business partners.

• PR Manager:
The PR Manager will be in charge of getting sign ups, this includes creating flyers and other promotional materials. Besides that, they will have contact with the 1st Year coordinators in order to contact the prospective students and give presentations during the meet and match.

• HR Manager:
They will be handling the itinerary, recruiting of volunteers, briefing of volunteers and making sure the program runs smoothly.
