This last Friday, we marked International Women’s Day a little early with a team lunch, where the women in our office received flowers from the rest of the team. 💐

Small gestures like this are always appreciated, but what truly defines DIBS42 is the everyday atmosphere of respect, equality, and openness within our colleagues. That’s what really makes us strong.

So yes, there were flowers, cake, and a nice lunch together. But at the same time, it really felt like any other day and that’s something we’re proud of.

Some of the women from DIBS42 are featured in these photos, while others unfortunately couldn’t make it for the pictures. But trust us, there are more of them! 😀 🌸
