Still working at it 5 years later!
You are never late to the "light party" - it starts when you do and the key is to learn.
I'm still learning and adapting 5 years later. Anyone that says they have all the answers is lying. Just try to improve on last year. Understand that light is information, it is activation energy, it is signal. More than anything, it is essential for health.
