This week Jack Perno - fashion photographer and artist who uses the large format Polaroid to express himself.

Jack Perno was born and raised in Chicago, where he continues to live and work today. He completed a BFA at the Kansas City Art Institute in 1973, and has been a professional photographer for forty years. Perno is best known as a fashion photographer and he has worked with designers like Oscar de la Renta and Badgley Mischka, as well as for clients like Hanes and TRESemmé. In addition, he has pursued a range of personal projects, often using large-scale Polaroid film and a distinctive emulsion lift process.
