I never really listened a lot to Ultravox, but it was a pleasent surprise when it was randomly selected to represent the letter «U» (It didn’t have too much competition).

Tried posting sound from this band, but ended up getting blocked 🤷🏼‍♂️

Moving on to one of the staples of Pop-punk - Green Day!
I first discovered Green Day when I was 11 years old and had just bought their 2004-album American Idiot. Not long after I started to listen to their earlier work, and Green Day became my favorite band when I was in my pre-teens. I remember that I wrote an «essay» about Green Days live concert in Milton Keynes in English class when I was in 7th grade 🤷🏼‍♂️
I lost my strong connection to Green Day when I was in High School, but when I spinn this record it instantly takes me back. It’s definitely worth a listen!

Just thought I’d give you a quick look at my set-up!

Disclaimer: I am by no means whatsoever even remotely close to being good at making good set-ups or knowing how to ensure maxium audio-quality etc. My set-up was entirely recommended by «HiFi-klubben», a store that offers products and services dealing with anything that audio-related, and I’m very happy with it.
This goes to show that you don’t need to be an expert to enjoy good sound or vinyl.

My set-up consists of:

NAD C368 Amplifier
Dali Opticon 2 speakers
Pro-Ject Debut Carbon 2M red
Pro-Ject Phono Box S 2

Yes, I am aware that the NAD C368 has an integrated RIAA and that I therefore could play vinyl without the Phono Box, but I used a different amplifier for a while so I had to buy a Phono Box anyway and I have just continued to use it because I like it 🤷🏼‍♂️
