Karma Digi Tech Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of the Karma Group of Companies and the dedicated Nepal partner of XAG Co., Ltd., China (a world-leading agricultural robotics company), has appointed two highly competitive Assistant Operations Managers: Mr. Rajal Baral and Mr. Nishesh Bista. Both Assistant Managers bring over three years of hands-on experience in drone assembly, customization, troubleshooting, and flight operations, gained at the Department of Drones, National Innovation Centre (NIC Nepal), Kathmandu. Mr. Bista served as an Aeronautical Research Engineer, while Mr. Baral worked as an Electronics and Communication Engineer at NIC Nepal. In line with their new roles, both appointees will participate in an intensive training program organized by XAG Co. for the South Asia Drone Team in Bangkok, Thailand. Karma Digi Tech will soon introduce the, XAG P60 & XAG P150 Max agricultural drones, and the XAG R200 Agricultural Rover into Nepal's agricultural production systems. These advanced robotics solutions aim to address the critical shortage of skilled agricultural labor resulting from rural out-migration, attract youths to the agriculture production system, and bring efficiency and precision in application of agriculture inputs.

A high-level meeting was held at the Karma Group of Companies Corporate Office, Sitapaila between Chairman Mr. Suresh Gurung, Head of Sale and Marketing Department of Karma Digi Tech Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Dinesh Niraula, General Manager of (Overseas Marketing Company) of Weichai Lovol Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. Mr. Ding Liming and Director of Combine Harvester Department (Overseas Marketing Company) of Weichai Lovol Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. Mr. Chuck Shi from China. The meeting was focused on Lovol Combine Harvester and Tractor marketing strategy in Nepal to introduce International Standard machinery from land preparation to harvest and automate heavy duty in the farmers’ fields of Nepal. During the meeting, after-sales service, timely availability of spare parts, training, and demonstration were mainly discussed. Implementation of these high-quality and efficient machineries in the farmers’ fields will be benefited the country.
