Yoga means union, a systematic method for cutting through the illusions. So when you're doing Hatha Yoga, you're not just getting your body beautiful, but your also turning your body into a vehicle for prayer for transcendence of ego, every asana is a perfect mudra , statement or a form just like a beautiful piece of art. You go out of this body and center your awareness in Asana and the body becomes the statement of higher self 🕉️🧘🏽♂️🙏🏽 .
