Job Summary:
-> Will be responsible for promoting company
products, maintaining strong customer relationships, generating sales, and ensuring timely
collection of outstanding payments from customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Functions
-> Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
-> Promote and sell company products to achieve sales targets.
-> Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer
service.
-> Conduct regular customer visits and market surveys.
-> Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
-> Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Payment Collection Functions
-> Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and receivables.
-> Ensure timely collection of dues as per company policies.
-> Maintain accurate records of customer payments and outstanding balances.
-> Reconcile payment records and coordinate with the accounts department.
-> Prepare periodic collection status reports for management review.
-> Resolve customer payment-related issues professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications:
-> Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce,
or a related field.
-> Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or payment collection
(preferred).
-> Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-> Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
-> Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
-> Valid two-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
-> Knowledge of the local market and customer network is preferred
