Who We Are

BATAS foundation was established in 2008 as a philanthropic wing of BATAS organization and executing its activities under the received fund of corporate social responsibility. The regular program like blood donation, health camp, environment perseverance and support to needy and vulnerable student for education through scholarship were carried through.

After the mega earthquake of 2015, as its social responsibility BATAS Foundation started its work in immediate relief of earthquake affected communities. Foundation further in support of international funding partners started the recovery project which aimed appropriate and high quality interventions in earthquake affected communities in various districts.

Today it is recognized as a non-government, non-profit making organization extending its geographical coverage and thematic area of intervention like WASH, Shelter, and Livelihood and enterprise development.
