1981. Nepalgunj. A small workshop. Big dreams.

That's where Shri. Kanhaiyalal Baidya, started Everest Bartan Udyog, the first chapter of what would become VMI Group.

Guided by the vision of his father, Late Nathmal Baidya, didn't have fancy machinery or million-dollar investments. What he had was conviction: to build something that would serve Nepal for generations.

Since then, the main motto was: Quality isn't what you say. It's what you do when no one's watching.

Forty-five years later, VMI Group stands as Nepal's largest non-ferrous metal recycling and manufacturing facility. Grown from handcrafted copper utensils to modern pressure cookers and cookware. From one small workshop to a 275,000 square feet manufacturing facility.

Today, VMI products are loved by Nepalese people across the world. It is a testament to the founder's commitment to quality. His respect for craftsmanship. His belief is that if you build something with integrity, it will outlast you.

VMI was built to last. Not just for profit, but for legacy.
