This weekend, our team came together for a retreat - a pause away from routines, deadlines and screens and a return to what truly powers us: "Team Outreach". Moments shared over laughter reminded us that teams are not built in meetings alone but in these unstructured spaces where trust quietly deepens. As we share a few photographs and video from the retreat, it is not just about capturing memories but about acknowledging the energy each individual brings into our collective effort as "One Strong Team Outreach".

As a part of the session, we continue to believe in sharing knowledge with the larger ecosystem. Mr. Ujjwal Shakya, Group Director & Managing Director, Lemon, shared his experience and mentored the contestants of this year’s Manhunt, offering valuable perspectives and real-world insights.
Moments like these reinforce the importance of learning from one another and creating platforms where experience meets aspiration. 15 participants brought great enthusiasm and openness to learn, making the session even more meaningful.
