Now we need someone to own it, scale it through agentic workflows and automation, and turn it into a productized service line that runs across every account without bottlenecks.

📌 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐰𝐧
You'll design and document the internal frameworks, SOPs, and delivery models for AI Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). This includes reverse-engineering how AI systems surface, cite, and recommend content, then turning those findings into repeatable processes.

You'll build the measurement layer: tracking systems for entity prominence, citation frequency, and AI recommendation patterns across platforms. You'll work with SEMRush Enterprise, AI Optix, Profound, and Evertune to extract insights and translate them into strategic direction for SEO, content, and strategy teams.

You'll also develop and maintain prompt libraries, testing frameworks, and methodology docs that standardize ex*****on across the agency.

📌 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫
Send a portfolio or examples alongside your application. We want to see evidence of:

The Mission:

👉Media Leverage: Take Rambabu’s deep SEO knowledge and turn it into viral TikToks, Reels, and Facebook posts that stop the scroll.
👉The Conversion Engine: Move students from "Just watching" to "Enrolling." You will manage the DMs, the WhatsApp inquiries, and the comments section.
👉Community Building: Show, don't just tell. Document student success stories and "Day in the Life" content at the Orka office to build massive trust.

KPIs:

👉Lead Flow: Number of qualified "Course Inquiries" generated per week.
👉Conversion Rate: Percentage of inquiries that turn into enrolled students.
👉Content Volume: A consistent "Machine-like" output of 3–5 high-quality short-form videos per week.

What We Are Looking For:

👉The Voice: You can write in "Hinglish/Neplish" that resonates with students—aspirational but relatable.
👉Video Skills: You are comfortable in front of and behind the camera. You know how to use CapCut to make fast-paced, engaging edits.
👉The Closer: You don't just "answer questions." You understand student fears and can persuade them why this investment is better than a generic diploma.
👉Local Nuance: You understand the Nepalese digital landscape (eSewa, local payment hurdles, the desire for "Remote Work").
