आज भगवानपुर गाउँपालिका -२, मधेश प्रदेश, नेपालमा सम्पन्न स्मार्ट कृषक योजना कार्यशाला मार्फत स्थानीय कृषकहरूसँग गुड्ठा जलाउने प्रथा, कृषि रसायन तथा जलवायुमैत्री कृषि पुनर्विचार विषयमा छलफल गरियो।

उक्त कार्यशालामा स्थानीय कृषक, विज्ञ तथा सहयात्री संस्थाहरूको सहभागिता रहेको थियो। We For Nature, CARE Nepal, Green Rangers Earth, NFGF , तथा Climate Change Pioneer Madhesh को सहकार्यमा आयोजना गरिएको यस कार्यक्रममा जलवायु अनुकूलनका उपाय, जैविक कृषि, र दिगो कृषि प्रविधिहरू बारे प्रशिक्षण प्रदान गरियो।

Madhesh Pradesh Eco Vision 2030 is a bold and inclusive roadmap designed to transform Madhesh Pradesh into a model of sustainable development by addressing critical climate challenges.

This vision stems from the collective efforts of Climate Change Pioneers Madhesh, aiming to integrate climate resilience, awareness, and sustainable practices into the fabric of local communities. The initiative focuses on empowering youth, enhancing municipal systems, and promoting sustainable agricultural and waste management practices.

Core Philosophy

Madhesh Eco Vision 2030 envisions a future where every individual, especially children and youth, plays an active role in combating climate change and fostering sustainability. By creating innovative programs like the Climate Cadet initiative and emphasizing localized solutions, the vision aspires to:
• Bridge the gap in climate awareness and inclusiveness.
• Develop sustainable waste management systems at the municipal level.
• Promote environmentally friendly agricultural practices.
• Establish concrete policies and frameworks to guide local actions.
