Store / Showroom Operations

𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹
To provide proper product service to customers, manage showroom sales, maintain organized stock/system, and support smooth store operations.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
✔ Welcome customers, show and explain products clearly
✔ Suggest products according to customer requirements and recommend alternative/related items
✔ Handle sales conversion and coordinate with billing staff, update order status
✔ Maintain showroom/godown stock properly, receive/check items and manage item locations
✔ Monitor fast-moving items and report damaged or missing items
✔ Prepare items for delivery, verify quantity/checking and ensure correct dispatch
✔ Keep racks/display clean, arrange products category-wise and maintain an attractive showroom appearance

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
✔ Good communication skills, responsible & disciplined, teamwork
✔ Ability to do physical work and interest in stock management
✔ Basic knowledge of calculator/mobile/software for sales and billing support
✔ Good habit of remembering product locations and avoiding wrong item delivery
✔ Maintain time discipline, clean dress compulsory, and no personal mobile use
