On this International Yoga Day, may we remember that yoga is not about performance, but about returning.
Returning to the breath.
Returning to presence.
Returning to the quiet place within that life so often makes us forget.
A sincere daily practice, guided with care, can transform us in gentle but powerful ways — softening the body, calming the mind, balancing the nervous system, and reconnecting us with our own inner space.
I recommend to everyone to start if you are not practicing yet.You only need the willingness to begin, and the devotion to meet yourself, one breath at a time. ✨

✧ SAGA DAWA REFLECTION ✧
**The Day After the Full Moon**
The sacred celebrations may have passed, but their meaning remains.
After celebration comes integration.
After prayer comes practice.
After inspiration comes embodiment.
The teachings are not only remembered on sacred days.
They are lived in ordinary moments.
🌸 **Chitrini Yogini**
*Yogini of beauty, creativity and sacred perception.*
**The heart opens
through the beauty
it is willing to notice.**
🪷 **Mandarava**
*Great Vajrayana practitioner and embodiment of wisdom through practice.*
**A quiet heart
hears what a busy mind
often misses.**
As the moon begins to wane, we are invited to carry the light of wisdom, the warmth of compassion and the clarity of awareness into our daily lives.
May we notice beauty more deeply.
May we listen more carefully.
May we remember that every ordinary moment can become part of the path.
🙏
May all beings be happy and free.
May all beings enjoy happiness and the causes of happiness.
May all beings be free from suffering and the causes of suffering.
May wisdom, compassion and loving kindness flourish throughout the world.

✧ SAGA DAWA DÜCHEN ✧
Today we honor one of the most sacred days in the Tibetan Buddhist calendar.
Saga Dawa Düchen commemorates the Birth, Awakening and Mahaparinirvana of Shakyamuni Buddha.
This full moon day is traditionally regarded as a powerful time for cultivating merit, compassion, generosity and spiritual practice.
Today is a reminder that awakening is not something distant.
The teachings of the Buddha point again and again toward compassion, wisdom, awareness and the possibility of liberation for all beings.
May this full moon inspire peace in our hearts, clarity in our minds and kindness in our actions.
✨ Happy Saga Dawa Düchen ✨
May all sentient beings enjoy happiness and the causes of happiness.
May all sentient beings be free from suffering and the causes of suffering.
May all sentient beings enjoy long life, good health and favorable conditions for the path.
May all beings never be separated from genuine peace, wisdom and compassion.
May any merit generated on this sacred day be dedicated to the benefit, awakening and liberation of all beings.

✧ SAGA DAWA ✧
Today we honor two feminine frequencies that invite us to slow down, listen deeply and see life with greater sensitivity.
🌸 **Chitrini Yogini**
*Yogini of beauty, creativity and sacred perception.*
**The heart opens
through the beauty
it is willing to notice.**
Beauty is not only found in extraordinary moments. It lives in the mountains, the moon, a flower, a kind gesture, or a quiet breath. What we choose to notice shapes the way we experience life.
🪷 **Mandarava**
*Great Vajrayana practitioner and embodiment of wisdom through practice.*
**A quiet heart
hears what a busy mind
often misses.**
When the mind becomes less restless, wisdom has space to arise. Not everything needs to be pursued. Some things are revealed through presence.
✨ Honouring Saga Dawa ✨
May we learn to see beauty more clearly.
May we create space for stillness.
May we listen with the heart as much as with the mind.
