I offer builder site cleaning at every stage of your build, from rough cleans before inspections, to optional tidy-ups between subcontractors, all the way to the final pre-handover clean.

Cleaning before inspections is important to keep the site safe & clear, so inspectors can do their job smoothly. Sometimes, a quick clean between trades makes it easier & safer for the next team to get started.

On a recent Auckland project, I cleared rubbish, debris & removed all protective coverings, including floor & wall protection, stickers, labels & films left by builders and suppliers. We wiped down kitchen, bathroom & laundry cupboards & drawers to get rid of dust & fingerprints, deep cleaned floors, walls, windows & bathrooms & finished with a gentle soft wash on the exterior to give the whole place a fresh, move-in ready look.
