HAPPY NEW YEAR beautiful people.

Next week we resume our Monday Night HATHA & MINDFULNESS classes. Hatha Yoga is a traditional practice of Yoga incorporating Asana (posture), pranayama (breathwork) & Meditation suitable for all levels. All of our classes work on cultivating essential components of Mindful awareness such as patience, acceptance, trust and letting go. I look forward to practicing with you!
