I have to send out a thank you card this morning. Going through my stash, and realise I haven’t made one for a while. Which is so wrong, because I/we really should be sending at least one thank you every month. Imagine how many people we could positively impact with just that - an unexpected, tangible thank you?!!

It’s been a bit of a traumatic week - I broke one of my front teeth last week. There’s something very humbling living without one of your front teeth! Not only does it look terrible, but I had no idea how much of your speech is affected when you have a front tooth missing. I currently have a great lisp going on. Don’t ask me to say massive 🤣

As my fab dentist is in Blenheim, I had to ask for a local recommendation, and ended up under Xavier’s care at Dentistry for Chickens.
I cannot recommend him enough, he went above and beyond to help me, making calls on his day off to find out where he could get me in on short notice (because I need a plate made). Short notice, because I’m heading away on the SU incentive trip soon. As if it wasn’t all stressful enough.

So - a little thank you card in the mail is the least I can do.

I will make some more, but want to get something in the mail to him now.
