▶️ Have a consistent work flow and client database
▶️ Provide training and tools for the job
▶️ Provide flexibility around work hours
▶️ Want someone looking to grow in the business and someone seeking leadership
▶️ Have systems designed to make reporting and writing easy and detailed

YOU NEED TO:
✔️ Be trusted to work by yourself and manage your workload
✔️ Be competent with technology and type at a reasonable pace
✔️ Have good and reliable communication skills
✔️ Be able to communicate with clients (regarding report you have done)
✔️ Work to deadlines
✔️ Have a drivers licence and pass a police check and drugs test
✔️ Have a clean and tidy appearance
✔️ Be motivated to learn and grow in the business
✔️ Physically able to use a ladder, crawl under houses and into ceiling spaces
