Born in Australia, F45 Training is a team-based, functional training studio that places a huge emphasis on the 3 key factors of motivation, innovation, and results.

Our revolutionary training system combines elements of High-Intensity Internal Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training. We merge these 3 unique leading-edge fitness training styles into one exciting and compelling group training experience for its members.
