Our client is on the lookout for a new administration/reception super star to join their team. this is a Part time role with potential for a Full-time permanent contract.

Duties Include but not limited to:

To perform reception and initial client support duties during the opening hours of the service.
To provide secretarial and administrative support, including typing, minute taking, filing, data input, maintenance and management of information held by the Company as may be required.
To prepare and assist in the collection of data for such monthly, quarterly and annual reports as may be required from time to time.
Have a high degree of computer literacy - to include competence in the following Microsoft applications - word processing, excel spreadsheets, databases, file management, e-mail and the internet.
To perform such other duties, appropriate to the role, as may be required by the Company from time to time

We are seeking Class 2 Drivers for a scaffolding crew immediate start:

Exceptionally reliable, self-motivated and attention to details
Bring a positive solutions-based approach to your work
Have great Health & Safety knowledge
Strong communication skills
Physically fit and capable of some heavy lifting
Current Class 2 drivers licence
Good technical scaffolding skills or willing to learn
Team player with a great can-do attitude
Self-motivated, responsible with efficient time management skills
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
