The Invercargill Rowing Club is proud of what these Stewart Island young athletes have achieved since taking up rowing as a sport in the last 12 months. 🚣

From a 70km coastal row to a haka on the beach… and now a new wave of Stewart Island talent is making its mark in Southland rowing. 🚣‍♀️

What started as a chance encounter on Rakiura has come full circle - with island kids, big commutes, and even bigger ambition. Proof that in rowing, the journey really does come back around.
