This evening Waihopai challenged Terangi for the Blaketown Trophy . The games were played in ideal conditions and in great spirit with the Terangi team retaining the Trophy.

Today Terangi challenged TeAnau for the Blaketown Trophy.
Great games played in great spirits with Terangi eventually coming away with a 4 3 win.

Today at Terangi under Blustery conditions our club played the Bill and Nola Sinclair Trophy.
After 4 rounds we had 2 teams that were to meet in last round that one team would come out the winner.
All other teams decided that they were not in connection so retired to the bar and watched from inside.
What a fantastic final came down to last end.
Huge congrats to Brent Munro Brent Webster and Pam Flaus who were successful by getting the last end.

A great effort from Kerry this morning but sadly her dream run at the Open Women's National Singles has come to an end, losing a tough fought battle against Leeane Poulson 12-21 in her semi-final
Earl and Dave were also on the wrong side of a hard fought game, just losing out to Paddy Stewart and Kerry Becks 11-13 in their quarter final in the Open Men's Pairs

A massive shoutout to all the Southland players who attended, some great wins and difficult losses but also great learning and fun had during the competition
