Here it is. How often should I be posting on Social Media?!

First and foremost consistency is key. If you can't sustain this level of posting first, reign it in. Do what you can. Even if that means 2x per week. Other options include hiring a social media manager. You won't see any growth if you blast your social media with 5 posts a day for three days then disappear for 3 months.
