A few handover pics before our clients move into their renewed home. This circa 1900 Freemans Bay house has been an absolute privilege to work on, rescuing its crumbling foundations and structure, to restrengthen and finish to our high level of craftsmanship alongside a great team of skilled trades. Kevin our foreman has led this project amazingly, keeping a close eye on every detail. Very proud of our team and the craft they produce. Very sad day today for us, a wonderful client who we have worked with over the last 15 years doing little and big bits of work to her Titirangi home has died after a short illness. Lorraine was gentle, but clear minded, she was kind to all our team and subbies who came through her house. Has been a huge privilege to work with her on her home. Our thoughts and prayers are with Ross and her wider whanau at this very hard and sad time.
