By adjusting our knee position, we can focus more emphasis on the glutes, over a knee forward position, which focuses more on the quads.
Both have their advantages, depending on what you’re training for! We like to focus on building a strong foundation in the glutes first, before moving into the slightly more advanced knees over toes position. Besides, who doesn’t enjoy working the b***y?? 🍑🦵
