Kerikeri half! Running on my sons first birthday was very significant for me! A year on from having him being able to line up and run with an ambitious goal was very special!
So happy to crack the sub 90! Was tough out there but very proud to have achieved that and have my biggest fan waiting at the finish was even more special!
Excited for next years goals feel so motivated to see what we can do! Thanks to and for the training and support!! ❤️

Braved the 90 km winds to run the Hutt 10km! Was pretty tough conditions but pleased with my race coming in 2nd women and taking my buddy to collect my prize with me! Hopefully one year he’ll be running with me! Exactly 2 months until kerikeri half but this was good character building! Yes I wanted to stop many times 😂
Track Wednesdays!
and had me on 7X1km this morning! Off 1 min recovery, tough but such a stunning morning at the track! Sun was out and no wind! Also baby sleeping better so definitely had more energy!
Some days you feel amazing and others feel a straggle and that’s life! So many factors play a role in how we feel when we train, I’ve had an annoying hamstring for last few days which definitely affected my stride but like I was told when do runners ever feel 100% pain free???
