Quaynotes Quartet Quaynotes Quartet is an all-female SingUnited International [previously known as Sweet Adelines International] barbershop singing quartet from Wellington, New Zealand.

✨Congratulations to Quaynotes Quartet from Wellington City Chorus, our 2026 Novice Quartet Award recipients!

The Novice Quartet award is presented to a quartet with no more than one member who has competed previously in any barbershop singing competition (excluding YWIH), and has scored over 400 points.

Region 35 Convention Day #3 and we can't wait to be back on stage with Wellington City Chorus for the Chorus competition. Best wishes to everyone singing today, break a lash!

Whether before in the green room, or afterwards on the stairs, Quaynotes can't stop smiling thanks to all your lovely well wishes and support today. We are so lucky getting to see so many fabulous quartets perform 😊 💙💙💙💙

Ready for the Soundcheck Chorus!

We are getting down to the last week of preparation (mainly focusing on our Afterglow attire of course) so now is a good time to thank David Brooks who provided invaluable coaching prior to our Chorus audition. We will try to remember at least 10% of what he told us to do 😅 🙌

A big day for us! First performing at Lower Hutt Little Theatre in Faultline Chorus' friends and family concert, then again for Pacific Connection in the evening. We are so grateful to have the chance to sing for these wonderfully encouraging audiences-slash-incredible performers! Thank you ❤️

Looking forward to visiting Palmerston North and enjoying harmony with our friends from all over New Zealand 😎
