Location: Sur, Oman.
Setting sail into a rocky landscape. Our ODF proposal sits as the final destination that links both leisure & work in a harmonic manner. Like the saying “opposites attract”, the functions to the right are served in a glazed box shaped with metallic shutters that introduce different shadows into the business district, and to the left is a seamless toned-down space that houses both the leisure of the gym and a cafeteria that looks out into the horizon of the ocean.

Our Story
Founded by Fadi Sibai and Nahla Karhani in 1997, D&A’s ethos is driven by the pursuit of perfection and extreme attention to detail. D&A is globally recognized to be consistently pushing the boundaries of what is possible in terms of design, functionality, quality and delivery. A fully operational office in Lebanon and Oman, with a team of 20+ Architects, Interior Designers and FF&E Specialists. D&A seeks projects with global perspectives, choosing architectural solutions, not beholden to predisposed styles or project methods.
