Smap Fuel in partnership with Pekedosa is bringing service to customers and motorists esp. from within the area, Bulolo, Wau, Waria, Meniyama and up that part of the hi-way right to your door step!

Our price is competitive in town - we are selling @ K4 28 per liter, this is lower than most other retail sites in the Lae town vicinity. This price is valid until 7th February 2026.

After the completion of the electrical work, the team installed the new Smap branded fuel dispensing unit (fuel pump) at the new retail site at Markham Bridge. Apparently, this set up will also be called the Markham Bridge Service Station.

This is small yet signifucant milestone for Smap Fuel as it is our first branded flagship site on our first year anniversary since business inception, God is good!

In our continous efforts to improving our customer service esp. with regard to timely fuel supply, Smap Fuel is happy to announce the recent partnership arrangement thru the Carrier Agreement with Kungu Freighting.

In this arrangement, Kungu Freighting will focus on providing a reliable logistical support, especially tanker trucks to Smap Fuel for timely deliveries whilst Smap focuses solely on supply & distribution of the petroleum products to its customers.

To set this arrangement off the ground, Kungu Freighting has purchased 2 x brand new 20kl twin steer tanker trucks from Boroko Motors Lae and they will be picked up tomorrow 16th Oct, 2025.

This is a key and strategic partnership arrangement for the business into the future and we are all excited!

Canopy stickers perfectly placed on the colour bond plate and ready to be put up and screwed on to the actual canopy for the retail site at Markham later this week!

Canopy branding for Smap Fuell site is under printing now and should be ready to put at our first branded retail site at Markham in Lae, Morobe Province in the first week of October, 2025.
