We are seeking an architect to design a 3-storey house in Quezon City, Philippines.

The development is to be built within a lot area of 300 square meters, with a target gross floor area of 450 square meters. The house is expected to be finished by Q1 2027.

We are providing the Request for Proposal (RFP) & project brief package for a fee, which includes the site information, project background, scope of work, design intent, submission requirements, site pictures, and the CAD file.
