SECURITY ADVISORY

“Security is a shared responsibility, and everyone’s cooperation is essential in maintaining a safe, peaceful, and secure school environment—because a safe school provides the best atmosphere for learning, growth, and development.”

In accordance with the provisions of the Student Handbook, Holy Trinity College – AR of Alang-Alang, Leyte, Inc. remains committed to providing a safe, secure, and orderly environment that supports learning and personal development.

Effective tomorrow, June 23, 2026, all students, personnel, parents, guardians, visitors, and other stakeholders, all individuals shall be subject to the following security procedures:

1. All parents, guardians, visitors, and fetchers are required to sign the Visitors’ Logbook upon entry.

2. Parents and guardians visiting the school are requested to remain in the designated waiting area near the guardhouse. Entry into classrooms, the school lobby, and other restricted areas during class hours is not permitted unless authorized by the school administration.

3. Bags, packages, and vehicles may be subject to inspection by the school guard or authorized personnel before entry.

4. Drivers of vehicles entering the school premises are requested to lower their vehicle windows for security verification and inspection purposes.

5. Everyone is expected to cooperate with all security procedures and follow the instructions of school personnel.

6. Non-compliance with these security protocols may result in denial of entry or the implementation of appropriate school measures.

These measures are being implemented to further strengthen campus security and ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for all.
